For bulbs: wait until the bulbs have developed leaves above ground. Apply at half strength with a watering can. 
Then again after they finish flowering as that is when it is feeding the bulb for next years flowers. 

This liquid fertiliser is also great for fruiting trees to product bigger and juicier fruit.

How to use:

Dissolve 2 heaped spoonfuls (spoon included in packaging) in 9L of water, to boost flowering and fruiting, and also suitable for native plants due to the low phosphorus. Apply over an area of 5m square every fortnight.
